Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.All adult patients. 2.Either sex. 3.Consenting patients. 4.scheduled for surgery requiring general anaesthesia and oro-tracheal intubation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients unwilling to participate in the study. 2.Patients undergoing general anaesthesia without orotracheal intubation, those scheduled for fiber-optic or awake/blind intubation. 3.Patients with upper airway pathology, restricted neck movements (upper cervical spine pathology, cranio-vertebral junction anomalies, etc.) 4.Uncooperative patients, patients with Glasgow Coma Score (GCS) less than 15.
