Intervention1: Bharangyadi kashaya: Bharangyadi kashaya 40 ml twice a day for 3 months Control Intervention1: Tab deriphylline: Tab deriphyllin (5mg/kg/day) for 3 months Control Intervention2: Bharang

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of any gender Age 18 to 75 years Newly diagnosed/Known case of Bronchial Asthma FEV1 Kaphabhuyistha tamak shwas should be observed. If patients is on steroids and pt willing to continue it for 1 month then washout period is 1 month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Status Asthamaticus. K/C/O - Infective pulmonary pathology. Any systemic disorder i.e. K/C/O renal & Cardiac disorders. K/C/O immuno-compromised disease Malignancy disease Intrestitial Lung Disease Ketoacidosis Patients with Urdhva, Maha, Chhinna, Kshudra Shwas. Patients taking steroids .

Assessment of the efficacy of bharangyadi kashaya and bharangyadi kashaya with bhringraj siddha taila nasya in tamak shwasa.Timepoint: Patient will be followed once a month for 3 months

There is no effect of bharangyadi kashaya and bhringraj siddha taila nasya as compared to deriphylline in tamak shwasTimepoint: Patient will be followed once a month for 3 months
