Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with the symptoms of diabetes mellitus not more than 2 years are included patient willing to give blood and urine samples before and after treatment patient with blood sugar level of about more than 126mg/dl less than 250 mg/dl Hba1c more than 6.5 and less than 10 willing to participate in study and signing consent by fulfiling the condition of proforma are included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age group less than 35 chronic diabeic cases for duration more than 2 years Ischaemic heart disease Diabetic foot and ulcer Gestational diabetes mellitus/other specific types Lactating mother Chronic liver disease chronic renal disease

The outcome is assessed by the reduction of blood sugar level after treatmentTimepoint: Group I intermittent siddhar yogam therapy for 48 days Ist sitting 40 percentage of primary symptoms will reduce IInd sitting 80 percentage of symptoms will reduce Group II After giving internal medicine for 48 days 50 percentage of symptoms will reduce After giving both internal medicine and external therapy for 48 days 80 percentage of symptoms will reduce
