Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Mild to moderate affected IQ 2.Able to understand simple commands 3.Pediatric CTSIB score of 2 and more 4.Beighton hyper-mobility score <6 points

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Any musculoskeletal injuries and deformities eg. hip or knee fracture within 3 months 2.Any recent respiratory infection or cardiovascular involvement 3.Children with visual and hearing deficits
