Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA 1 and 2 patients 2. Patients with Mallampati 1 and 2 and having good neck extension(mentum higher than occiput on neck extension) 3. Patients coming for surgery requiring intubation 4. Patients above 18 years and less than 70 years 5. patients with BMI less th

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who do not consent for the study 2.anticipated difficult airway ,Mallampati 3 and 4,BMI more than 30 and limitation of neck extension. 3.ASA 3 and 4 patients 4.Patients at risk for aspiration(hiatus hernia)
