Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1]Failure To Give Consent 2)Patient Below 12 Years Of Age 3)Simple And Single Loculated Empyema Thoracis 4)Patient With Icd In Situ Having Bronchopleural Fistula 5) Bleeding Disorders
