Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed elevated, stage I and stage II hypertensive patients. Passed PAR-Q(physical activity questionnaire)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Musculoskeletal,Cardiological,Neurological and Pulmonary diseases that hampers participants to do exercises.
