Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elective FESS surgery Asa 1 and 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emergency surgery History of allergy to alpha adrenergic agonist, nsaids. Chronic use of antipsychotics BMI >30 Known asthmatic
