Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Group 1 1 Age between 15-75 years 2 Hoarseness or any discomfort in voice 3 Difficulty in breathing Group 2 1 Malaise 2 Pain in chest and ribs 3 Pain in nape of neck 4 Sweating in face 5 Inability in taking food Patients presenting with all symptoms of group 1 and 2-3 symptoms of group 2 will be included in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Nagari vatham 2 Uragari Vatham 3 Any Malignancies 4 Vulnerable group 5 Physical Injury
