Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with age above 18 years diagnosed with nasal polyposis and willing to undergo endoscopic sinus surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with a) uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and hypertension and other significant co-morbidities b) invasive fungal sinusitis c) patients who have taken monteleukast pre-operatively
