Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with morbid obesity of both genders, aging between 18 and 65 years will be included. 2) Patients with a body mass index (BMI) > 40 kg/m² or BMI > 35 kg/m² with obesity related comorbidities ( metabolic syndrome, Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus , Non alcoholic fatty liver disease, hyperlipidemia ,Hypertension and sleep apnea)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who underwent previous bariatric surgery or upper gastrointestinal surgeries. 2) Patients with secondary obesity due to endocrine or metabolic diseases 3) Patients with psychiatric disorders 4) Patient with deep venous thrombosis. 5) Patients with Peptic ulcer disease, achlasia cardia. 6) Patients unfit for general anaesthesia. 7) Patients lost to follow up.
