Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy individuals 2.Individuals with triceps surae muscle strain 3.Participants who willingly be a part of the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of lower limb trauma and surgery. 2.Neurological disorders. 3.Acute or chronic disease that impairs the individuals strength and power. 4.If participants were undertaking resistance training that included leg exercise. 5.Patient was on medication as chemotherapy, cardiac, respiratory or anti- psychotic drugs.

1.Diagnostic shear wave elastography ultrasound to measure muscle stiffness.Timepoint: 20-30 minutes
