Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Tenderness localized to Lateral Epicondyle of elbow Pain over lateral epicondyle during atleast one of the following tests Resisted wrist extension or stretching of the forearm extensor muscles

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having pain in neck or shoulder Osteoporosis Dermatological disease and patients who have received steroid injection
