Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Old and new patient. 2. Patients of OPD and IPD. 3. Those who are able to explain in languages, like Kannada, Hindi, Urdu or English etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who do not give consent. 2.Below 18 and above 65 years of age.
