Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the patients with complete ACL tear with different age group and with different duration of presentation since injury will be included in the study

Exclusion criteria

MeasureTime frame
Status of cellularity, neovasularisation, composition of myofibroblast like cells, presence of synovial tissue lining at the ruptured site and collagen content will be estimated and observed in all patients.Timepoint: 6 months
