Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant patient which is posted for lower section caesarean section under spinal anaesthesia (elective and semi elective)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emergency indication like APH, Placenta previa, Preeclampsia, Foetal disterss, cord prolapse,Patient with cardiorespiratory diseases,diabetic, hypo/hyperthyroidism,obese patients >100 kg, allergic to local anaesthetics, short stature, spinal deformity.
