Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Footballers with similar anthropometric measurements abd baseline parameters of heart rate and respiratory rate. State and National level footballers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Past surgical histories Current injuries such as ligament sprain or muscle strain History of long time medication of more than 3 months History of cardiovascular disease
