Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients having cough as a predominant symptom 2. Uncomplicated cases of Kasa. 3. Age group: 18 - 70 yrs. 4. Chronicity less than 1 month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age more than 70 years and below 18 years. 2. Patients suffering from any systemic disorder (like Tuberculosis, Asthma, and Diabetes Mellitus etc.) and Kasa as a complication of any disease will be excluded from the study. 3. Asadhya or Yapya Kasa like Kshayaja and Kshataja. 4. Other complicated respiratory diseases having any organic lesion such as tumour or any anatomical defect in airway.
