Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA Physical status â??Ð?Ð? 2. Singleton pregnancy 3. Term Pregnancy 4. Elective Cesarean Delivery 5. Weight 50-100kg 6. Height 140-180 cm 7. Age 18-35 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pre-existing or Pregnancy induced Hypertension 2.Known fetal abnormality 3.Cardiovascular or Cerebrovascular disease 4.Gestational Diabetes Mellitus 5.Renal Impairment 6.Allergy to Norepinephrine & Mephentermine 7. Medication- MAO Inhibitors or TCA 8.Intraoperative use of uterotonic other than oxytocin 9.Presence of mesenteric or peripheral vascular thrombosis
