Interventions

Intervention1: chest and upper limb PNF: In this study chest PNF will be given as abdominal co-contraction, anterior basal lift, intercostal stretch for 30min in a day 4 sessions in a week upto 1 week

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with AECOPD(mMRC >2) Reduced chest wall mobility Patients signing the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any cardiovascular disorder Any pulmonary disorder (other than AECOPD) Any musculoskeletal disorder Any recent surgeries Any neuromuscular disorder Patients with impaired cognition and perception
