Intervention1: Typbar TCV: This licensed typhoid vaccine will be taken by children at 10 months of age.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Born at term by normal vaginal delivery 2. Birth weight > 2500 gms 3. Breast fed infants 4. Will be in Vellore for the study period 5. Parents/legal guardians willing for stool collection and blood draws as per protocol 6. Document antibiotic use in the previous month before typhoid vaccination
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Any congenital abnormality 2. If they develop any immunological deficiency 3. Any major known illness that precludes participation in the opinion of the examining physician
