Inclusion criteria: Singleton pregnancy, delivering at term (total gestation greater than or equal to 37 weeks)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of cardiovascular disease, seizure disorder and liver disease, bleeding disorders, HIV or HBsAg positive
