Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society Of Anesthesiologists (ASA)Physical Status 1 And 2 Patients Age Group Of 18 To 65 Years Of Age Under Going Elective Trans Sphenoidal Resection Of Pituitary Tumor Will Be Included In This Study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known Cerebro-vascular Disease/Insufficiency 2. Known Liver Or Kidney Insufficiency 3. Pre-Operative Heart Rate Atrio- Ventricular Block 4. Known Cardio-Vascular Dysfunction 5. Poorly Controlled Hypertension Or Diabetes Mellitus 6. Patient Receiving Calcium Channel Blockers, Beta Blockers 7. Known Coagulopathies 8. Known Bronchial Asthma 9. Morbid Obesity (Body Mass Index >35 kg/m 2 ) 10. Known Hypersensitivity To The Study Drug 11. Pregnant And Lactating Mothers
