Inclusion criteria: 1) Stable patients on antiretroviral therapy minimum period of six month 2)ART adherence 95% > 3)PLHIV who provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Severe neurocognitive disorder 2)HIV malignancy
