Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA I - III 2.Scheduled for elective rigid bronchoscopy under general anaesthesia for any indication 3.Willing to participate in the study

To compare the best laryngeal view with two pillow heights as assessed by POGO scoring during rigid bronchoscopy with best effort from pulmonologists.Timepoint: POGO scoring of the laryngeal view will be recorded once after the rigid bronchoscope is inserted in each group

MeasureTime frame
To determine the pulmonologists comfort for intubation with rigid bronchoscope using two pillow heightsTimepoint: at the end of the procedure the ease of intubation with rigid bronchoscopy will be recorded once.
