Inclusion criteria: Patiens posted for upper gastrointestinal endoscopy Elective procedures ASA status one and two

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emergency procedure Patient not willing Allergic to drug Patient on chronic opioid ASA class three and four
