Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient having the symptoms of Knee Joint Pain Stiffness Tenderness Crepitation and Restricted movement of Knee joint Patients who are willing to give blood samples for laboratory investigation . Patients who are willing to take X-ray before and after treatment. Patients who are willing to participate in this study with the knowledge of potential risks and who are willing to sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age Below 35 Years and Above 65 Years History of Trauma and fracture, Ligamental injury Other types of Arthritis (Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriatic Arthritis, Septic Arthritis, Reactive Arthritis etc.,) Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension Pregnancy women and lactating mothers. Benign and malignant Neoplasm Patient with any other Auto immune Disease Patient who are having the skin disease
