Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chronic alcoholic patient, currently in active dependence 2. Willing to participate in Yoga therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients manifesting complications of alcoholism such as giddiness, seizures, memory problem preventing them from comprehending the instructions. 2. Patients un-willing to come to Yoga 3. Unable to comprehend and perform the techniques in the protocol
