Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient requiring tracheal intubation in the surgical recovery room, cardiovascular thoracic surgery recovery room, neurosurgical recovery room and trauma ward will be screened for previous history of intubation in the operation theatre and if present will be included in the study with 1. 1.age >12years group people 2. American society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) Risk 1-4
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Facial Trauma and Oral malignancy. 2.Tracheal intubations utilizing a bronchoscope. 3)Tracheal intubations using video laryngoscope. 4.Cervical spine operated patients i.e. cervical spine already fixed.
