Inclusion criteria: a) All adult patients >18 years with Breast cancer posted for Breast conservation Surgery/ Modified Radical Mastectomy with/without neoadjuvant chemotherapy b) ASA 1, 2 category

To determine the effect of ANS dysfunction, if present, on post induction and early intra-operative hypotension in breast cancer patients undergoing surgeryTimepoint: Patients will be assessed prior to surgery and then upto 1 hour during surgery

To assess the function of Autonomic Nervous System in breast cancer patients using various tests in the ANS labTimepoint: Single sitting prior to surgery
