Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a)participants with single implants in maxillary and mandibular arch,restored by fixed prosthesis with supra structures made of PFM and being cement retained or screw retained or cement retained with screw access opening. b)implants functionally loaded for a period of one year. c)non smokers d)participants who have not taken any antibiotic for any infection medical or dental in the past three months before date of study. e)partcipants who have not undergone any professional prophylactic procedure in the past 3 months of study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a)pregnant women and lactating mothers. b)participants with systemic disease. c)participants undergoing orthodontic treatment. d)participants with periodontitis or periodontitis at time of implant placement. e)participants with parafunctional habits.
