Intervention1: Soodhagavayu pattai Legiyam(internal) and varmam(external): Soodhagavayu pattai legiyam is a multi herbal formulation in a dosage of 4-6g(bd) for 90 days.varmam external therapy is done

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients who are having clinical symptoms of oligomenorrhoea or amenorrhea or obesity or infertility with polycystic changes in ovaries. Imbalance in the hormones. USG pelvis showing pcos with the volume of 10-15cucm. patient willing to participate in trial and signing in consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ovarian cancer pregnancy and lactation Patient with any serious illness fibroid uterus H/O Thyroid dysfunction
