Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA-I AND ASA-II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypertension, Diabetes, COPD, Ischemic heart disease ,Patients on Beta blocker,Heart block ,Cases of baseline sinus bradycardia, Allergic to study drug, BMI >30, Pregnancy,Difficult airways, Emergency surgeries
