Intervention1: Safoof-e-Pattharphori with Sharbat bazoori moatadil: Safoof-e-Pathhar Phori 5 gm orally once daily with 50 ml of Sharbat bazoori moatadil for 45 days Control Intervention1: Not Applicab

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Diagnosed case of Hasat-ul-Kulya(Renal stone) upto 10mm (radiological evidence of stone up to 10mm). 2 Patients of age group between 18-65 years. 3 Patients of both sexes. 4 Patients who have agreed to sign the informed consent form and follow up the protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Stone size more than 10mm. 2 K/C/O Diabetes mellitus. 3 Pregnant and lactating women. 4 Gross hydronephrosis 5 Raised Blood urea or serum creatinine 6 Bladder outlet obstruction 7 Serious systemic illness
