Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Congenital CV Junction Anomalies : Symptomatic Chiari type 1 Malformation with or without Syringomyelia Symptomatic Atlanto-axial Dislocation or Basilar Invagination

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Existing Neuropsychiatric Disorders Existing Significant Neurological Condition Cerebral Vascular Diseases.
