Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1.The headache frequency number of headache days per month. Participants will be requested to note down in a headache diary with new diary completed prior to each assessment dates.Timepoint: 4 weeks, 3 and 6 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Headache intensity on 10 cm VAS 2. Headache duration in the hours per week. 3. Medication Intake total tablets per week. 4. Peripheral and Central sensitization determined by pain pressure threshold 6. Headache disability will be recorded with the Headache Activities of Daily Living 7. Patient satisfaction scale with (0-100%) percentage rating scale 8. Passive upper cervical rotation ROM in degrees with the flexion - rotation test. Timepoint: 4 weeks, 3 and 6 months
