Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient willing to participate in the study. Adult patients with pituitary tumours admitted for surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known case of psychiatric disorder Patient with other co morbidities e.g. diabetic inspidus Any sinonasal surgery due to any other disorder Visual impairment due to any other disorder Communication defect Nasal polypus
