Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult male or female age between 18 to 60 years ASA grade IorII Patients undergoing nasal surgery in which nasal packing until 24 hour after surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient refusal Allergy to alpha-2 adrenergic agonist or NSAIDS BMI >30 kg/m2 chronic kidney or liver disease cognitive impairment chronic use of antipsychotic medication
