Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Patients diagnosed clinically with recurrent shoulder instability and confirmed on radiological examination. b) Age: 18-45 years c) Both genders d) Patients who are willing to participate. e) Patients who have regularly been participated in any level of sports.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) All the patients with rotator interval tears, b) SLAP lesions, c) Rotator cuff tears, d) Bony defects of the glenoid requiring bone grafting procedure e) Atraumatic multidirectional instabilities f) Revision surgery g) Other pathological disorders. h) Patients operated earlier for any shoulder problem.
