Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adult individuals of any age will be recruited. The upper age limit in this form is filled to proceed for completion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with gastrointestinal diseases will be excluded. 2. Subject with a recent history of probiotics or antibiotic intakes will be excluded. 3. Patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular diseases will be excluded. 4. Smokers will be excluded. 5. Alcohol drinkers will be excluded. 6. Individuals on continuous medical treatment.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Participants are expected to show better blood glucose control after getting diversified diets. Blood glucose monitoring for this objective will be performed by using implantable telemetry device.Timepoint: 7 days dietary treatment will result in the expected outcome, data analysis for which will require 6 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Diet diversification is expected to alter gut microbiome composition as revealed from analysis of stool sample. Total metabolome is expected to alter in serum, plasma and urine samples of the participants. Inflammatory cytokines are expected to be modulated after our dietary treatment.Timepoint: 18 months: After completion of trial/ treatment period, sample collected shall be analysed.
