Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 ASA-1&2 2 Patients undergoing elective TURBT under general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Female patients 2 Patients undergoing emergency surgery 3 Refusal by the patients 4 Patients with bladder outflow obstruction or overactive bladder (frequency greater than three times per night or more than eight times per 24 h) 5 Patients having autonomic neuropathy 6 Patients with renal dysfunction (serum creatinine >1.6mg/dl) 7 Patients with neurogenic bladder 8 Heart failure and arrhythmia 9 Morbid obesity 10 Patient with hepatic dysfunction 11 Known allergy to the study drug 12 Patient affected with any psychiatric illness
