Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A)Having fibroid size upto 5cms (confirmed by U.S.G.) B)Single or multiple uterine fibroid. C)Female patients of Age 20-50 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients having bleeding due to abortion. 2.Patients having coagulation disorders. 3.Fibroid size > 5cm. 4.Any type of malignancy. 5.Pregnant woman. 6.Patients having any systemic disease. 7.Patients using IUCDs. 8.Patient having haemoglobin percentage less than 7gm/dl
