Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participant mothers of age between 22-40 years. 2. Neonates born through vaginal delivery. 3. Participants/parents who will give written consent for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. New-borns with premature birth. 2. New-borns with any physical disability. 3. Mother and/or new-born having received/is receiving any antibiotic therapy.
