Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged 40-75 attending free camps conducted by Aravind-Pondicherry within the coverage area
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Corneal pathology; 2. Already enrolled as study patients at any one of the study camps

| The primary outcome of this project will be evidence-based best practices for the delivery of eye care through rural screening camps. The purpose of this project is to address the problem of under-detection of posterior segment disease in AEHPâ??s eye camps. Our central hypothesis is a novel eye camp that includes digital fundus photography and an electronic health record (EHR) will improve case detection, referral, and follow-up rates for posterior segment pathology and will be cost-effective.Timepoint: 1 year | — |
