Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are aged above 18 years admitted with features of sepsis as per sepsis criteria along with bacteremia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with other diseases: Malignancy, comorbidities like connective tissue disorder, HIV infection or AIDS, vasculitis and drugs including steriod and chemotherapy, immunosupressive drugs which are likely to influence the total count and ratio are excluded.
