Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adult trauma victims reporting to trauma emergency and requiring definitive airway control

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with high risk of aspiration 2.Patient with oro maxilla facial injury 3.Patient with burns 4.Patient with impending cardiac arrest
