Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Typical distribution of the lesion on the face, Willing to participate in the trial and sign the informed consent, willing to give blood and urine sample for laboratory investigation, patient willing to photograph before and after treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy and Lactation STD Leprosy Burns HIv Patients with other serious illness
