Intervention1: Combination D-4: Jamun beej churna, Gudmar patra churna 5gms each twice a day before breakfast and dinner

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Prabhuta Mutrata, Avila Mutrata, with some or on purvaroopa -Jtilibhavkesesu, Madhuryamaasya, Karpadyosuptataadhaho, Mukhatalukanthasosham, Pipasadhikya, Alasya Nidra, Tandra. Criteria for diagnosis of DM by American Diabetes Association Newly /Early diagnosed(0-3 year) cases to be included as per following criteria: Patients who are taking conventional medicine treatment for diabetes. Patient accidently diagnosed in routine check-up or when appeared with other complaints in the hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emergency cases in DM. Patients having insulin dependent DM (IDDM) and receiving insulin (type 1) Excessive blood glucose: FBS > 300 mg/dl and PPBS > 450 mg/dl. Chronic complications like microvascular and macrovascular. Patients reporting to be hypersensitive to any of the proposed trial drug.

1.Glycosylated haemoglobin (in %) â?? HbA1C 2.Blood sugar fasting and post parandial (in mg/dl) 3.Period of tapering process of the conventional medicine. Timepoint: 3 MONTHS

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Urine routine and microscopic examination â??albumin,sugar,casts/crystals,epithelialcells,pus cells. Haemogram with ESR, ketone bodies, Lipid Profile, Liver Function Test And Kidney Function Test Quality of life in DM assessment scale Daytime sleepiness scale Fatigue assessment scale and fatigue severity scale. Timepoint: 3 MONTHS
