Interventions

Intervention1: Migraine surgery: Peripheral source of migraine will be localised. Peripheral neurolysis/neurectomy will be done in cases of drug refractory migraine. Control Intervention1: None: None

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic or drug refractory migraine 2. Patients who had positive response to the local anesthetic block.

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal
