Intervention1: Continuous Positive Airway Pressure Therapy: Subjects in one group will be given Positive Airway Pressure Therapy as determined by Titration Study Polysomnography.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.) Subjects diagnosed as Obstructive Sleep Apnea on basis of clinical probability and confirmed by Polysomnography and willing to participate in the trial. 2.) Age between than 12 years and 89 years. 3.) Subject should be well versed with English language.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.) Subjects not willing to participate in the trial. 2.) Subjects with pre-existing neurodegenerative disease.
